Week 5: one playoff spot still up for grabs
For the moment, with one game of week 5 still underway, three teams remain in the hunt for the final playoff spot up for grabs with the Beasts being front-runners.
If the Dicey Beasts (2-2) come back from a once 14-point deficit to beat the Warriors, they will complete the postseason lineup. If they don't, they will remain in the driver's seat but with both silentsound's Silentknights (2-3) and Niners Sparrows (1-3-1) holding out hopes to steal the last playoff ticket.
Meanwhile, the Deichclimbers (5-0) have clinched the Northern Division but not quite the #1 seed as playoff-bound Eagle Eyes (4-1) would win the tiebreaker at 5-1. frontmodes Kobras (3-1-1) are the third team having secured a playoff spot.
owl49er's billygoats (1-4) and the Prussian Warriors (0-4) have been eliminated from playoff contention and are eligible to participate in the Ice Bowl.
