Week 5: two playoff spots still up for grabs
The Eagle Eyes (3-1) are closing in on clinching a playoff spot as they continue to lead postseason-bound frontmodes Kobras (3-0-1) by 15 with five minutes left to play.
owl49er's billygoats (1-3) scored on the opening kickoff and two more TDs off of two turnovers before playoff-bound Deichclimbers (4-0) got one TD back to cut their deficit to 14. The 'goats might be well on their way to keep their slim playoff hopes alive.
The Prussian Warriors (0-4) had a good start into their game against the Dicey Beasts (2-2) and scored on a safety and a FG. The Beasts need a result from their last two games to clinch the playoffs while the Warriors have already been eliminated.
Earlier, defending champions silentsound's Silentknights (2-3) came from behind to beat Niners Sparrows (1-3-1). Both are currently waiting from their couches to find out as to whether they can still hold out hopes.
