Beasts beat Reds to reach qualifying semisThe Dicey Beasts are only two steps away from clinching a berth in the Two-Minute Cup Final after seeing off duffeldoffel's Reds in a qualifying quarterfinal.
The Beasts scored a TD and then reached their own 22-yd line with their two-minute possession while the Reds' possession ended prematurely on a lost fumble.
The Beasts started their possession in style with a 32-yd reception later followed by a 12-yd pass, a 12-yd run and a 24-yd scoring run against a defense that failed to live up to their expectations.
The Reds had a nice early 15-yd run but then moved backwards and eventually lost the football after 1:12 minute of possession.
While the Beasts are about to take the short route to the Cup final, the reigning QFL champions have to take a detour through up to five elimination rounds.
